Our premium consultation service provides an individual telephone consultation, giving you time to talk to our professional team, who will offer you a considered opinion. The home drying solution will include Vapourflow systems.

The consultation costs £100, inclusive of vat, and does not exceed 20 minutes. Following the phone discussion we will provide confirmation of the proposed solution within an email.

Process

Initially, we invite you to complete the below Condensation Questionnaire. Please attach any relevant photos, as they can be a very useful reference during the consultation.

To proceed with a telephone consultation please submit the below questionnaire and then make payment using our secure payment service. Please note: once paid this is non-refundable. The completed Condensation Questionnaire form will be used for reference during the consultation.

On completion of payment, you will receive confirmation within 1 working day via the email you have supplied.

Date and time of consultation stated are set, however, if you would like to change this we have included three other dates times for you to select and return.

A second email will be sent to you confirming your new chosen time/date.
